HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY SAVE THE DATE ORDER?
Flat printing 1.5-3 weeks --- Thermography 2-3 weeks --- Letterpress and foil printing 4 to 6 weeks

It is best to book asap so we are not in a rush. Ordering paper for custom orders, hand lettering, editing, and printing are not as quick as other companies, but that is what makes the final product so special.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY INVITATION ORDER?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ADDRESS ENVELOPES?
Envelope addressing depends on the quantity of envelopes. Orders up to 100 can take one week. Add 3 days for each additional hundred.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE DAY OF WEDDING STATIONERY?
Day of Stationery should be ordered 3-6 weeks ahead of time and longer if you want letterpress or foil. I work on the menus, welcome booklets and programs ahead of time. For escort cards that have a table number on them, I set aside time right before your wedding to work on those as soon as you have all the names and table numbers sorted out. I always ship using UPS which is very safe and all arrives in time for you to prepare for the big day.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
For weddings, you can purchase samples directly from the shop. For your larger orders, contact us and we will make you a custom proposal via Honeybook invoicing, which breaks everything down for you to understand and is easy to make changes.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS AFTER I ORDER?

WILL THERE BE PROOFS?
All orders will include digital proofs before the item is printed.
HOW MANY ROUNDS OF EDITS ARE INCLUDED?
We are a full service company and offer unlimited rounds of editing to make your wedding invitations perfect. Maps are the exception, as changes are difficult and time consuming so there are rules on the process page for those.
PAYMENT
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT ON CUSTOM ORDERS?
Designs by Robyn Love requires 50% deposit to reserve time on the calendar. This deposit is non-refundable or transferable. The time of payment on the remainder of the order is subject to the product. Maps and outer envelopes must be paid before the project will be started. Printed items like invitations, the remainder is due before the project goes to print.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
We accept checks and credit cards. Credit Cards are processed via Paypal, Square, or Stripe. Large orders are invoiced through Honeybook.

SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Designs by Robyn Love is very concerned about your privacy. Please know that if you are paying by check, the utmost care is taken to ensure your privacy and security. And all payments made by credit card are all processed through highly regarded methods (Paypal, Square, Honeybook). For no reason will your information be shared with a third party.
With handwritten products (ie outer envelopes and escort cards), please know that I am human and I do make mistakes. Please be sure to double check your order and report any mistakes in a numbered list via email with the subject line "mistakes". I will redo everything free of cost. However, I will only pay for shipping mistakes via priority mail (2-3 day). If you need rush shipping , you must pay the additional cost. If you have made a mistake on an address and it needs to be rewritten, you will need to pay for me to rewrite it. I always save a few envelopes or cards for this reason. Please send an email with the subject line "redos" and list them in numerical order and also let me know how you would like to pay for them.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Quality is the upper most concern of my company. Your satisfaction is key. At the same time I strive to provide the excellence my clients want as well as the personal touch that is custom work. In order for these things to co-exist I have established a proof system. With all multiple printed products (ie invitations, programs and maps), my clients receive proofs to view and okay before printing. This is your opportunity to quality check your design. After you okay the proof, any printed mistakes are no longer my responsibility. However, the handwritten areas of the project will be designed with the utmost care and if anything isn't top notch, please let me know ASAP so that I can make the necessary changes.

There are no refunds or returns on custom calligraphy. Please order samples if you want to see the quality to ensure that your final product is everything that you expect for it to be!

Yes! Designs by Robyn Love works with clients around the globe via UPS shipping with shipment tracking. It can't be easier than this! No matter whether you are in the UK, Australia or the smallest island in the middle of the Pacific, I would be delighted to work with you!
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All invitation orders are shipped UPS ground with tracking and insurance. If you need faster shipping that can be arranged. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
