Damaged Orders

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days* of purchase. Item must be in original, unopened condition. Refunds will be made immediately upon receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@designsbyrobynlove.com. We will respond in 24-48 hours with the return address for you to mail your purchase to. Return processing can take up to 2 weeks depending on your bank, but we start the process immediately on receipt of your return. Buyer responsible for return shipping.

*Custom products are nonrefundable, but please contact us if there are any problems or damage to your order so we can properly address the needs. All custom orders go through a rigorous proofing system to ensure that final products exceed your expectations. Quality is of utmost importance to us.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at hello@designsbyrobynlove.com. Please send a photo of the packaging and we will work on replacing the item immediately.
